Arobas Personnel is looking a Full-Stack Developer - Python / React for a permanent position with one of our clients located in Montreal.

  • 100% on site in Montreal

What will your day look like?

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing tools (support and development) while adhering to CACIB standards (CI / CD, Unit Testing).
  • Contribute to the development of web applications using React , Python , ELK Stack , and SQL .
  • Collaborate within an Agile team and work closely with product owners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and end-users.

    • Requirements :

  • Solid full-stack development skills : Python (Flask) for back-end and JavaScript (React.js) for front-end.
  • Experience with relational databases ( such as MS SQL ).
  • Proficiency with version control systems ( GitHub / GitLab ) and issue tracking tools ( JIRA for Scrum boards ).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
