  • Perform equipment selection and sizing, including pumps, heat-transfer equipment and balance-of-plant components.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of fuel gas, cooling, lubrication oil, exhaust, condensate, piping and other mechanical systems used in packaged power-generation applications.
  • Represent the mechanical engineering discipline during design reviews, technical meetings and manufacturing kick-off meetings.
  • Work closely with Project Management, Project Engineering, Proposals, Design and Drafting, Procurement and Manufacturing throughout project execution.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing and fabrication facilities during project execution.
  • Respond to technical questions and help resolve design or fabrication issues.
  • Support factory testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities as required.
  • Assist project teams with technical requirements, design changes and scope clarifications.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables are accurate, complete, within scope and compliant with applicable quality procedures, project plans, codes and standards.
  • Contribute to design standardization, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
