Description de poste
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be building out the core API services and systems for the market platform. You will lead, build, and own backend services, vendor integrations, and special projects to accelerate the organization’s partnerships through technology. Come join our team and gain a unique look into how the private markets ecosystem is evolving and strengthen your fintech-domain knowledge!
A typical day will include
As a member of the engineering team, you are part of a sprint based agile team,
using Ruby on Rails to disrupt the FinTech industry.
- You will assist in making architectural designs and decisions.
- You will focus on working closely with customers while designing and implementing enhancements to the marketplace platform API
- You are in constant communication with the Product team to ensure quality of design and delivery.
- You lead design sessions and coach more junior engineers.
- You help enforce code quality and standard processes via peer code reviews.
- Ruby : 3+ years
- Rails : 3+ years
- HTML / JS / CSS
- SQL : 3+ years
- UML proficient
- CS Degree
- Experience with Java, C / C++, GoLang on the server side
- Experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js and other web frameworks
- Database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, RDS
- Experience with Docker and in developing and deploying services in a cloud environment (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Experience in FinTech, payments and workflow automations
- Experience with Gitlab
