Radiology Managers oversee radiology departments ensuring efficient operation and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily operations of the radiology department including staff supervision and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and departmental efficiency.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective imaging services.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Significant experience in radiology and leadership roles.
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
