Do you like customer service, contact with seniors and team management? You are the person we need. Location Name : Le Boisé Vanier Location City : Québec Job Status : Permanent: Full Time Job Schedule : Day time Hours per week : 35

Purpose of the position

Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime with every other weekend Salary: to be discussed! Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

  • Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
  • Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
  • Perform other related duties
  • Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
  • Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general
