Purpose of the position

The LUMIA residence has the pleasure of welcoming clients who are either independent or losing their autonomy. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home. It is the opportunity to be recognized, valued, to participate in the continuous improvement of the service and to make a significant difference in the daily lives of elderly people!We are looking for two maintenance workers to fill our team.Schedule: Full time, days, every other weekend Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Make service calls
• Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
• all other related tasks

• Bilingual

Required qualifications :

• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
