  • Create detailed documentation outlining the scope of work included in estimates.
  • Fulfil responsibilities in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Promote positive communication, collaboration, and respectful relationships within the team.
  • Adhere to best practices in operations, including Customer Service, Quality, Lean Management, and Safety.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.
  • Prepare RFQ documentation to obtain both internal and external quotations as needed.
  • Review contract and bid documents to ensure completeness and compliance with proposal standards.

  • Minimum of years of relevant experience in construction or manufacturing estimating is preferred (ideally within the Amusement sector).
  • Able to read and interpret construction/engineering drawings.

  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Effective communication is key to this role.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Willing and able to work outside of normal operating hours if requested on an as-needed basis.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, fun, and professional environment!
  • Able to create estimates under pressure that are accurate and reflect the company’s costs, using information provided.
  • Able to create Bills of Materials and take-offs from scratch.
