What You Would Do in This Role The Quality Assurance Specialist provides quality assurance support for all projects and interacts with a multi-disciplinary team. Duties include : Assisting in the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) Assisting in the coordination of QMS audits Assisting in the creation of the audit program for project audits (audit plan, schedule, checklist, reports, etc.) Ensuring systems and procedures are implemented in compliance with the requirements of the QMS Monitoring and tracking project deficiencies Maintaining the action request database and facilitating the closeout of action requests Reviewing project deliverables to verify that client requirements are met Assisting the Quality Assurance Lead with department tasks Performing other duties as requested Requirements   High school diploma or equivalent Certified ISO 9001 quality auditor One year of experience in a quality assurance or internal audit capacity Familiarity with ISO 9001  Familiarity with maintaining a QMS Previous internal auditing experience Strong coordination skills and proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment  Preferred Post-secondary education in a technical field Five years’ experience in a quality assurance or internal audit capacity Why People Like Working with Us Working with Vista is a chance to contribute to the type of challenging municipal and industrial projects that the world requires.
