Responsibilities :
- Assist in all aspects of purchasing by maintaining a reliable list of suppliers, conducting cost analysis, sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, placing orders in a timely manner, and monitoring order delivery timelines.
- Notify stakeholders of any potential delays in material delivery, ensuring proactive communication and resolution.
- Expedite and facilitate the flow of materials to and from various departments, identifying and addressing production complications as they arise.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods. This includes developing delivery schedules, writing and fulfilling purchase orders, and estimating costs effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, order confirmations, and other vendor-related issues to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Continuously analyze and improve procurement processes, offering solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and overall effectiveness.
