Olivier Honda is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Parts Consultant to join our dealership team. If you enjoy helping customers, have an interest in the automotive industry, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.

  • Support service technicians by sourcing and supplying parts in a timely manner.

  • Process parts orders, special orders, returns, and warranties accurately.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.

  • Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs.

  • Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.

  • Ensure the parts department remains clean, organized, and customer-ready.

  • Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments to provide an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • The ability to read, write, and speak both French and English

  • Previous experience in automotive parts, dealership, or customer service is an asset.

  • Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems is preferred.

  • Experience using dealership management systems or electronic parts catalogues is an asset.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
