Select is partnering with our client to recruit a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to support warehouse and/or yard operations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating equipment, working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in safety and efficiency. What’s in it for You?

Compensation & Hours:
  • The rate of pay will be $20-25/hr. depending on experience
  • This is a full-time, temporary position
  • Some weekends might be required
Position Summary:
  • Operating a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to support production and shipping timelines
  • Working in varying temperature conditions
  • Completing employer-specific forklift training
  • Providing accurate and timely documentation
  • Strategically organizing products to maximize space
  • Keeping the work area clean and hazard-free
  • Adhering closely to all loading procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid forklift certification
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and retrieval
  • Strong commitment to safety and excellent attention to detail
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in warehouse, yard, or industrial settings
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or shipping/receiving processes
