Description de posteProviding exceptional customer service experience. Educating customers and responding to their health-related product inquiries. Operating the POS system for customer transactions. Attending to phone inquiries in a professional manner. Receiving and restocking deliveries. Taking part in specific tasks that help our store run smoothly. Competitive hourly rate of $20 - $22 (depending on experience). Full-time hours with flexibility for weekend shifts. About the Job :
Vitasave seeks a dynamic Health Educator to join our team at the Robson retail storefront. You’ll join a team of passionate individuals who work together to ensure customers are happy and the store is always at its best. You’ll be responsible for greeting customers and helping them find what they are looking for, understanding their needs, and guiding them to products that align with their health goals. As a Health Educator, it’s important to have a background in health and wellness to ensure customers are educated and find the products that suit them.
Skill / Qualifications :
- Background in nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist or similar certification.
- RHN, IHN, or Health Related certificate.
- 1 - 5 years of experience in a health food store.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong computer skills.
Your Role & Responsibilities :
As a Health Educator, your primary focus will be on customer well-being, assisting them in finding products that support their overall health and wellness journey. Your responsibilities will include :
