Location : Various locations across Alberta
The Program Manager / Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s programs. This role involves working closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement program plans, goals, and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure program quality.
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate program outcomes and impact.
- Prepare program reports and updates for senior management and funders.
- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
- Foster relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
