We are hunting for top-tier Journeyman Welders to lay down flawless beads on monumental builds—think massive international airports, towering high-rises, and sprawling sports arenas. Overview
Location: Nisku, Alberta

Schedule: Mon–Thu (6:30 AM–4:00 PM) & Fri (6:30 AM–2:45 PM)

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm, Full-Time

Compensation: $39/hour (+ plenty of OT)

Responsibilities
Heavy Tonnage Fabrication: Lay down heavy multi-pass welds on massive carbon steel columns, industrial beams, and custom frameworks.

Code-Perfect Execution: Ensure every single joint strictly exceeds rigorous CWB structural codes and complex engineering schematics.

Master New Technology: Seamlessly transition between traditional manual welding processes and state-of-the-art robotic welding systems.

Elite Shop Coordination: Work with master fitters, heavy crane operators, and foremen to safely maneuver high-tonnage steel down the line.

Safety Champion: Actively drive our zero-incident culture by eliminating shop risks and keeping your bay meticulously organized.

Qualifications
Official Trade Status: You must hold a valid, fully recognized Journeyperson Welder ticket to qualify.

Mandatory CWB Tickets: An active CWB FCAW/MCAW certification covering at least three positions is strictly required on the floor.

Proven Structural Pedigree: Documented history producing top-quality work in heavy commercial steel or industrial fabrication shop floors.

Reliability & Grit: You possess an uncompromising work ethic, ironclad punctuality, and the physical stamina to thrive in high-output shops.
