We’re seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery of results in our fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Job Description

The Remote Project Manager will play a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering digital marketing projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with teams, including designers, developers, and marketers.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or challenges.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Background in digital marketing or technology projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with diverse teams.
  • PMP or other project management certifications (preferred but not required).
