At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Business Systems Specialist to join our fast-paced, energetic team working from any of our locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech savvy problem-solving individual to be a part of the future of ag. You will provide end-user training & support to the company for a variety of business applications. In one of Canada\'s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

Responsibilities

Provide business application support & problem resolution for end-users
Collaborate with all depts to ensure systems align w / business needs
Work with internal / external teams to customize / configure systems
Create & deliver training to end-users
Assist with updates, maintenance, documentation, monitoring
Manage & participate in IT projects as assigned

Requirements

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong info seeking, organizational, problem-solving skills

Up-to-date skills & knowledge of business applications

2+ years relevant IT exp w / tech support of business applications or on a Help Desk

2+ years exp with CRM or ERP solutions, in heavy equipment, auto dealership sales, or sales admin

Cert / exp with IT Service Mgmt, Project Mgmt, CRM solutions, or Business Info Systems an asset

Valid drivers licence

Willing to travel to remote stores for support outside of standard business hours as needed
