Salary: $110,000-$125,000 + Bonus StructureThis Project Manager role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working at the intersection of design and construction, solving complex technical and business challenges, and operating within a residential homebuilding and development environment.The right person will recognize this role as a natural next step if they have experience in project management, architecture/ architectural technology, civil engineering, development planning, and/ or residential construction and are ready to broaden their influence beyond traditional project delivery.Why This RoleThis role offers direct exposure to ownership and executive-level decision-making, involvement in long-term development planning, and the opportunity to become a key contributor to the future growth of the organization.Unlike many project management positions, this role extends beyond construction execution.
