Description de posteDegree in Business Administration / Commerce. 3-6 years of accounting experience in Construction OR Real Estate. Excellent proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical, organizational, and confident communication skills.
Project Accountant - CONSTRUCTION or REAL ESTATE :
TORONTO
- Manage project billing, subcontractor invoices, and client billing packages.
- Ensure compliance with invoicing terms, Construction Act requirements, and contracts.
- Oversee purchase orders, change orders, and financial reporting across platforms (Maestro / Textura / Procore).
- Support Project Managers with financial tracking, budget monitoring, and cost reporting.
- Assist with invoice adjustments, accounts receivable, and financial documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with project teams and attend billing meetings.
