Description de poste

The Wolf Cooper Foundation is hiring a full-time Selections & Programming Coordinator to support the delivery of Canada’s most immersive undergraduate scholarship program for future leaders. Visit www.wolfscholars.com for more details.

The Opportunity

The Selections & Programming Coordinator role is a unique opportunity in Canada. The Wolf Cooper Foundation is building a scholarship program like no other. By joining our team, you will contribute to an impactful mission, you will learn from mentors and experienced social impact and business leaders, and you will play a direct role in supporting Wolf Scholars as they grow and thrive.

Each year, the Wolf Scholars Program selects 16 exceptional incoming undergraduates across the University of Toronto's Faculty of Arts & Science to form a tight-knit cohort. Over four years, Scholars will engage in an enrichment program designed to sharpen their critical thinking skills, foster their intellectual curiosity across disciplines, and prepare them to tackle the challenges facing their generation. Our first cohort of Scholars is starting at the University of Toronto this fall, and we can’t wait to welcome them to campus.

Wolf Scholars will receive a full academic scholarship, participate annually in a small-group academic seminar at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, travel domestically and internationally, learn from valuable internships and career training, and participate in a leadership development curriculum that will stay with them for life.

Wolf Scholars is a launchpad inspired by renowned liberal arts programs worldwide. We're building a future where a student’s curiosity, character and ambition - not only their degree - enables them to drive impact across sectors.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, ambitious and mission-driven individual to support both the scholar selection cycle and the delivery of high-quality programming for scholars throughout their undergraduate experience. This is a primarily operational role, focused on coordination, execution, and delivering an excellent stakeholder experience, in close collaboration with a passionate team.

The Selections & Programming Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring the smooth execution of the application cycle and the successful delivery of Scholar programming. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing complex logistics, and is excited to help build a high-impact program from the ground up.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Selections Cycle Support

· Coordinate the selections process: track timelines, schedule interviews, and support assessor training and logistics.

· Manage applicant pipeline: respond to inquiries, screen eligibility, and support application review against defined criteria.

· Support end-to-end execution across all stages, from outreach and application through final selection.

· Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communications and execution of logistics.

Scholar Programming Support

· Coordinate and support delivery of scholar events and experiences, including logistics, materials, run-of-show management and on-site facilitation.

· Support program administration: maintain scholar records, programming documentation and key milestones (e.g., travel preparations, major events)

· Oversee scheduling and communications to ensure all participants are well-prepared and informed

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., speakers, facilitators) to support smooth program delivery.

Technology & Process Support

· Maintain data systems: update CRM platforms, ensure data accuracy, and track application metrics.

· Implement and support technology improvements across selection platforms (e.g., AwardForce, HubSpot, Microsoft Suite)

· Support implementation of new tools and workflows

· Contribute to documentation and continuous process improvements

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

· A university degree.

· The qualities the Program seeks to instill in its Scholars: ambition, curiosity, collaboration, humility, optimism, and a drive for excellence and impact.

· 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments (e.g., operations, program coordination, education, consulting)

· Experience supporting complex processes or events with multiple stakeholders

· A proactive self-directed approach with strong ownership and the ability to independently drive work to completion

· Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability

· A collaborative approach with a willingness to jump in where needed to support shared goals

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot across tools, systems, and workflows

· A strong analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data and track performance

· High degree of ownership, accountability, and professionalism

· Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new platforms

· Experience working with CRM systems or data management tools is an asset

Additional Employment Details

· Reports to: Strategic Selections Manager, Justine Turner

· Working: Hybrid with in-office work in downtown Toronto, Canada. Some in-person event support required on select evenings and weekends. May be required to lift heavy items during events.

· Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 CAD per year

· Ideal Start Date: On or prior to September 1, 2026

· Eligibility: Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada

· Benefits: Generous paid time off, comprehensive benefits package, and exceptional networking & growth opportunities through exposure to top Canadian leaders through the Foundation’s Board

Interested applicants must submit their application to careers@wolfscholars.com by Sunday, July 12th.

Please include your cover letter and resume in one document and ensure the e-mail subject line reads “Selections & Programming Coordinator – Full Name”.

The Wolf Cooper Foundation is committed to developing a talented, diverse, and inclusive workforce and environment. If you require an accommodation for any part of the interview process, please let us know, and we will work with you to meet your needs.
