Job Description

The Opportunity :

Reporting to the Group Manager, Application Development, the Senior Programmer Analyst will design, write and maintain processes related to our CRM ecosystem; develop specific computer and business expertise necessary to provide computerized solutions and maintenance to assigned project / system areas.

What you do :

• Code, maintain, test, and debug subsystems to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions.
• Provide strategic input on system changes, focusing on feasibility, maintainability, and cost / benefit analysis.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and solutions.
• Lead the development strategy for business components interacting with the CRM ecosystem.
• Research and recommend innovative architectural solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Establish and enforce best practices for design, development, deployment, and system performance.
• Administer and manage the Salesforce platform, including configuration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead technical resources, ensuring quality deliverables in a project context.
• Propose and anticipate system changes and new technologies to stay competitive.
• Participate in “on-call” application support, as needed.
