JOB DESCRIPTION
Dedicated and customer-focused professional with proven leadership experience in the fast-paced food service industry. Skilled in supervising daily store operations, managing team performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with Tim Hortons’ standards. Experienced in training staff, handling cash and inventory, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and ensuring efficient shift operations. A reliable team leader committed to creating a positive work environment, meeting sales goals, and supporting management in achieving store success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and support team members.
- Experience in training and coaching staff to meet performance and service standards.
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to ensure a friendly, welcoming, and efficient guest experience at all times.
- Able to manage day-to-day store operations including shift scheduling, opening / closing procedures, and ensuring food safety compliance.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, inventory control, and drive-thru operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
