customer-facing support (meetings, trade shows, quotations).

Analysis :

  • Analyze market size, trends, customer requirements, and competitors to identify gaps and position ABB’s offering effectively.

Product Offering:

  • Partner with Product Management to optimize the legacy industrial solutions low-voltage distribution portfolio (load centers/breakers), ROI, and lifecycle performance (launch, maintenance, pricing, profitability).

  • Drive offering development and enhancements from project specification through launch, proposing differentiated solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Orchestrate the full SBSP solutions to new partners to ensure product adoption and optimal success in partner onboarding.

Training :

  • Create and deliver product communications and training materials (technical + sales) for internal teams and external customers to improve sales efficiency.

Technical expertise :

  • Provide support on quality and resolution by monitoring warranty cases and key quality cost drivers and ensuring timely corrective actions.

Financial Targets:

  • Uphold ABB’s values and ensure compliance with the code of conduct, applicable regulations/standards, HSE requirements, and sustainability/circular-economy commitments while working cross-functionally (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics).

  • Represent ABB on industry and standard committees upon assignment/nomination and as per needs.

Qualifications for the role

  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management/sales in low voltage solutions

  • OEM/industrial components and/or NEMA low voltage distribution (i.e load centers/breakers/panels) and/or extensive knowledge or proven experience of low voltage distribution products is preferred.

  • You are at ease communicating in French and English. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
