Your Mission:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM data and files related to patient support programs by identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Assist in analyzing patient data to generate insights and support decision-making processes for program improvements.
- Maintain, organize and standardize storage of patient support program-related documents on
- SharePoint for easy access and retrieval.
- Monitor, track and organize Manufacturer contractual documents to facilitate timely contract renewals or updates.
- Identify PSP Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required to ensure audit-readiness.
- Assist with the creation of program operational documents.
- Assist with the development of presentations and reports to support patient support program initiatives.
- Assist with various departmental projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the patient support programs.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence related to patient support programs.
- Responsible to report any patient safety information as per adverse event reporting requirements and product quality complaints reporting requirements; and
- Other duties as required
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education:Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program in a relevant field of study, such as healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related science discipline.
- Experience & Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Experience working with or leading projects an asset.Ability to manipulate and work with data.Willingness and ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge.Prioritize initiatives and complete tasks or solve problems with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.Bilingualism is an asset.

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
