Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain
Core Duties:
Safely guide andmonitorvans within the station premises (inside and outside warehouse).
Ensure compliance with traffic and safety protocols (e.g., speed limits, pedestrian zones).
Park vans in designated warehouse areas after check-in.
Assistoperations teams during driver check-in and check-out processes.
Verify documentation (e.g., delivery sheets, van conditions) asrequired.
Support van audits (e.g., inspecting loaded/unloaded parcels for discrepancies).
Helplocatemissing/misplaced packages in vans or staging areas.
Prioritize tasks based on operational demands (e.g., focus on van flow bottlenecks).
Report safety hazards, van damage, or unresolved package issues to supervisors.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to streamline operations.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols andmaintaina hazard-free work environment.
Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.
Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.
Respond to emergencies asrequired.
Unload trailers if needed.
Support the supervision of sorting packages
General housekeeping, cleaning
Other duties as assigned
The shift is : Tuesday to Saturday 5.30AM to 2PM
