Job SummaryOur primary BCom degree is a four-year baccalaureate program integrating work experience, international exchange, and a wide range of value-added activities. We also provide a set of undergraduate courses that allow students in other disciplines to complete a Business Minor.
This position acts as administrative and program support for the various undergraduate programs. The Program Assistant is one of a team, working collaboratively to provide student support through program administration and office operations, as well as important records maintenance. The Programs Assistant’s responsibilities contribute considerably to the efficient and effective operations of our programs. This position requires a strongly motivated and organized individual to work in a flexible setting where workflow is assigned based on functional needs including support for the Academic Director, the programs, students, admission team, faculty, sessional instructors, and international delegations from more than 110 partner universities in over 40 non-English speaking countries.
Job RequirementsExperience:
This position requires a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to 3 years’ experience working within a comparable environment.
