The Opportunity
Join a fast-growing startup where you’ll directly impact our expansion across North
America! We seek a highly motivated Sales Representative with extensive experience
in cold calling, particularly in the home service sector. In this role, you will be a key
player in sourcing, closing, and managing new clients, focusing on securing meetings
that lead to conversions.
About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will leverage your cold-calling expertise to engage with
home service businesses. You’ll collaborate closely with our founders to develop
innovative sales strategies and build effective outbound outreach campaigns aimed at
driving new opportunities. Your primary goal will be establishing relationships with home
service business owners and converting them into clients. Additionally, you will create
pathways for referrals from complementary service providers.
This entrepreneurial role requires you to autonomously build your pipeline and
consistently meet or exceed your sales quotas. Your efforts will be crucial in shaping our
growth trajectory in Canada and the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a scalable and repeatable outbound sales pipeline focused on cold calling.
- Understand customer objections and recommend tailored solutions effectively.
- Prepare customized proposals and close agreements through strategic cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying upselling and reselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve your KPIs / sales quotas through relentless cold-calling efforts.
