Description de poste

Dufresne Furniture is currently seeking a Floor Coordinator (Part Time) for our Selkirk store located at 374 Eveline Street .

As the Floor Coordinator you will :

  • Receive product product returns accessories and supplies and prepare outbound shipments.
  • Prepare product for delivery or floor placement.
  • Load and unload freight trailers.
  • Ensure the store floor inventory is at capacity by category and per established goals.
  • Create and manage transfers of product in and out of store.
  • Update reports with storage location available inventory and open transfer reports.
  • Hire and oversees the in-store warehouse operations including supervision of warehouse staff.
  • Assists visual presentation team when in-store on display set-ups.
  • Prints and maintains floor tags set up P.O.P. (Point of Purchase).
  • Maintains cleanliness of store and grounds.
  • Assists with quarterly inventory counts / reconciliations.
  • Other duties as required.

    • As a successful candidate you will have the following :

  • High School Diploma GED or equivalent skills and experience is preferred.
  • One to two years of experience in inventory or warehouse.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs.
  • Ability to work during retail hours (days evenings weekends and holidays).
  • Be physically fit able to lift and move objects up to 100 pounds.
  • Safety footwear is required.
  • Criminal Record Check is required.
  • Demonstration of the companys core values.
