Recovery Program Lead

Chilliwack, BC | $28 / hr | Full-Time

Ruth & Naomis Mission is looking for a Recovery Program Lead to support participants through their journey of recovery in a faith-based, trauma-informed environment.

For over 20 years, Ruth & Naomis Mission has been a beacon of hope in Chilliwack, serving meals, providing shelter, and walking alongside individuals in need. Our addiction recovery program uses the Genesis Process, a faith-based approach to healing and transformation. If you are eager to make a real difference and be part of a compassionate team, we would love to hear from you.

What Youll Do

  • Provide case management, life-coaching, and support to program participants
  • Lead group meetings, classes, and activities to foster recovery and accountability
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with the team
  • Cultivate a safe, hope-filled, and structured environment for participants
  • Uphold and embody RANs core values in all interactions
  • Willingness to sign and uphold the organizations Statement of Faith

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience : In social services, addictions recovery, or supporting vulnerable populations
  • Training : Must meet all Assisted Living Registry (ALR) minimum training qualifications
  • Experience : Must have experience facilitating groups and working within the social services sector
  • Personal Strengths : Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Additional Requirements : Must hold a valid Class 5 and be willing to obtain a Class 4 Unrestricted (an asset if already obtained) and First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain)
