Key Responsibilities: Support monthly consolidation and intercompany reconciliations Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers Support budgeting and forecasting, including dashboards and KPI tracking Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Support audits and prepare required documentation Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency Support ERP and reporting system implementations or upgrades Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis Investigate and resolve A/R and A/P discrepancies with Sales and Operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA designation (completed or in progress) strong asset 3 years of relevant experience in accounting & financial analysis Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite) Experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI, etc.) is an asset Knowledge of US GAAP, taxes and regulations an asset Key competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Benefits: Full health insurance plan (including medical, dental, and vision).

Responsabilités principales: Participer à la préparation des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels ainsi qu’aux analyses des écarts Contribuer au processus de consolidation mensuelle et effectuer les rapprochements intersociétés Analyser la performance financière, les tendances et les principaux moteurs d’affaires Soutenir les processus de budgétisation et de prévisions, tout en développant des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs de performance (KPI) Préparer les écritures comptables et les conciliations des principaux postes du bilan Appuyer les demandes d’audit et la préparation de la documentation Identifier des opportunités pour améliorer l’efficacité et l’exactitude des rapports financiers Participer aux implantations ou mises à niveau de systèmes (ERP, outils de reporting) Enquêter et résoudre les écarts liés aux comptes clients (A/R) et aux comptes fournisseurs (A/P) en collaboration avec les équipes des ventes et des opérations Qualifications Baccalauréat en comptabilité Titre CPA (complété ou en cours) – un atout 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité, analyse financière ou FP&A Solide compréhension des états financiers et des principes comptables Maîtrise avancée d’Excel ; expérience avec des systèmes ERP (Oracle NetSuite) Expérience avec des outils de reporting financier (Power BI, etc.) – un atout Connaissance des US GAAP, des taxes et de la réglementation – un atout Compétences clés : Grande attention aux détails et à l’exactitude Esprit analytique et capacités de résolution de problèmes Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et échéanciers Aisance à travailler en collaboration avec différents départements Excellentes compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et en communication Avantages : Régime complet d’assurance santé (incluant les soins médicaux, dentaires et de la vue).
