Our client leader in the cabinet industry is currently looking for their next leader to support the production and management!

We’re looking for a Lead Hand to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be both a working leader and a key player in our production operations, guiding a crew of 10+ while actively participating in daily tasks such as assembly, machine operation, and production workflows.

Start Date : ASAP Hourly Rate : $26–$30 + $2 / hr Lead Hand Premium!!!

Schedule : Mon–Thu 6 : 25 AM–3 : 55 PM Fri 6 : 25 AM–2 : 55 PM (44 hrs / week + Overtime Available) $$$

Must have reliable transportation to ensure commitment and success to the team.

As the Lead Hand, you’ll report to the Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager.
