We’re looking for a Production Designer to join our in-house creative team. You’re known for your fine-tuned aesthetics, your pixel-perfection and good design judgment. You’re a proactive problem-solver and natural collaborator. As a Production Designer, you will work with a highly cross-functional team of marketing, product, brand, and business leaders to bring our ideas to life with your creative execution and expertise. Responsibilities :

• Translate existing designs to various sizes and create mechanicals
• Manage schedules with Project Managers to ensure timely release of artwork
• Capable of working independently but collaboratively with cross functional teams
• Produce production-ready mechanicals for print and advertising : emails, online banners, websites, print materials and collateral
• Learn, translate and enforce Lyft brand standards, applying proper typography and color standards to designs for production-ready files
• Support light motion requests like GIF creation or simple text animation
• Partner with stakeholder on design and execution of executive presentations

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
