We are also open to junior candidates or those with no experience who are eager to learn and have exceptional scaling capabilities. Retail Expertise : Experience in the retail industry is a plus. Ecom platform expertise (Shopify, Magento, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Meta Ads, Google Ads..) : Experience with these platforms is a plus. Proven project management skills and experience, with the ability to lead and execute complex projects on time and within budget. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the retail sector. Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
