Hello ! I'm Jérémy, Recruitment Consultant for the Fed Supply employment agency, specialist in the fields of supply chain, logistics, transportation and customer service - offering temporary and permanent jobs in the Greater Montreal area. Our team of Supply Chain and Logistics experts speaks your language and operates in your world.

We are looking for a Supply Agent for one of our customers in the entertainment and visual creation sector.

Responsibilities :

Creation of requisitions and purchase orders
Credit card reconciliation
Billing follow-up
Assistance with buyers
Assistance to manager (appointments, calendar)
Order follow-up

Qualifications required :

AEC in procurement or other relevant degree

Relevant experience in a similar position

Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent writing skills;

Good knowledge of office automation and software commonly used in office work (word processing, spreadsheet, database, etc.);

ERP experience;

Fluency in written and spoken French to be able to communicate with internal and external customers;
