Join a well-established insurance brokerage that truly values relationships and expertise. Our client is seeking a Personal Lines Processor to step into a key role supporting a loyal client base and a collaborative team environment. This role offers the chance to work with high-value accounts, established clients, and respected carriers while building a meaningful career in personal lines. Responsibilities - Manage a personal lines portfolio including renewals, and policy changes - Handle approximately 60 to 70 renewals per month with accuracy and efficiency - Prepare quotes and place new business across homeowners and limited ICBC policies - Provide client service through phone communication and timely follow ups - Support one producer with a balanced mix of processing and client interaction - Assist with occasional front office duties such as answering phones and general office support - Build and maintain strong relationships with a long-standing and loyal client base - Contribute positively to a team-oriented and collaborative office environment Qualifications - Level 2 General Insurance License required - Strong experience in personal lines, with a focus on homeowners insurance - Comfortable managing high-value and complex client accounts - Experience with PowerBroker and familiarity with carrier portals - Excellent communication skills with a client first mindset - Quick learner with the ability to adapt and take ownership of an established book - Professional and relationship-focused, especially when working with long-term clients Benefits & Perks - Competitive base salary ($50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience) - Commission opportunities with additional earning potential - Annual bonus program - Health and long-term disability coverage - Paid Vacation - On-site parking - Schedule with some flexibility - Opportunity for long term growth, including potential transition into a producer role If you are ready to step into a role where relationships matter and your expertise keeps everything running smoothly, apply now and help protect what matters most one policy at a time At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
