Job Description

What You’ll Do:

As a licensed Insurance Broker, you’ll play a critical role in helping members navigate their automobile and property policies with confidence. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Service, you'll provide expert guidance, assess risk, and ensure every interaction is smooth, efficient, and positive.

Qualifications

Let’s Talk About You:

This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in personal lines working with automobile and property insurance policies.
  • An AIC license is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle customer issues in a pleasant and positive manner.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications. Preference given to candidates with experience using Epic and Insurance company portals.
  • Bilingualism considered an asset (French / English)

Additional Information

Salary Range:

This position offers a competitive salary within a range of $52,454.00 to $72,096.48, along with rewarding bonuses that recognize your dedication.
