Take charge as an Incident Manager focusing on Major Incident resolution. Drive accountability and efficient communication to uphold service levels and satisfy user expectations.
As an Incident Manager, you’ll lead efforts to manage and resolve Major Incidents effectively. This involves escalation in line with established processes as well as tracking and documenting all incident-related activities. Engage in both weekly and monthly reviews to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Major Incident resolution efforts
• Utilize ticket tracking tools for incident management
• Communicate updates to authorized users promptly
• Deliver daily Major Incident summary reports
• Participate in operational review meetings
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in incident management
• Familiarity with trouble ticket tools required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Committed to upholding service level agreements
• Experience in proactive incident oversight
Utilize your skills to enhance incident resolution processes, ensuring timely communication and effective management of critical incidents while maintaining user satisfaction.
