We are excited to grow our team and are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Whitehorse team, working remotely from the Vancouver office . The successful candidate will report to the Partners and will be a career-focused individual that is excited to join a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial firm. This individual will be an integral part of our continued growth.

The Role

• Oversee and review accounting files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to ASPE (Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises) and Canadian Auditing Standards.
• Analyze complex and / or specialized accounting issues.
• Provide functional support to all partners in the Whitehorse office, aiding in the supervision and review of client engagements.
• Under the direction of a Partner, deliver industry and technical expertise through client interactions, written reports, technical work, and training materials.
• Manage a portfolio of clients while ensuring their needs are met and that relationships and accounts grow and develop.
• Liaise with clients for matters relating to billings and collection.
• Identify cross-service line opportunities with keen interest to develop an awareness of how to scope or scale services to the client.
• Participate in the development and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needs.
• Be an ambassador at networking events and seek interactions that could formulate into potential opportunities.
• Facilitate positive internal and external business connections to develop relationships and effectively manage teams.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
