Description de poste

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Scarborough, Ontario. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be involved in crucial financial operations within the industry, including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain precise records for customer credit.
  • Efficiently manage and conduct full cycle accounts payable operations.
  • Investigate, process, and match purchase order and non-purchase order invoices.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate data entry into the ERP system of all invoices submitted.
  • Run EFT payment processes regularly.
  • Respond to vendor queries regarding payments.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and adhere to established processes.
  • Contribute to the SAP migration project as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, including the use of pivot tables and V-lookup functions.
  • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
  • Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential
  • Familiarity with Check Runs is necessary
  • Must have experience in Coding Invoices
  • Proficiency in Data Entry is a must
  • Experience in Invoice Processing is essential
  • Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel are required
  • Experience with Oracle is a necessity
  • Familiarity with SAP is required
