What you’ll do :

The successful candidate is responsible for the leading the strategic direction; business growth development; corporate performance management; strategic planning; marketing; facilities management and operations; risk management; and annual operating and capital budgets for the HABS locations (Swan River & The Pas). Core duties will include, but are not limited to :

• You will oversee operational direction and lead the implementation of programs and policies.
• You will oversee the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure standards are achieved.
• You will lead the preparation, administration and execution of budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.
• You will provide leadership to the HABS location managers, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training and development of team members.
• You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, delivering solutions as well as oversee and monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
