Support our consultants with the preparation of all Corporate income tax returns of Groupe Solotech Inc. entities Assist with the income tax provision for all Groupe Solotech Inc. entities and work with auditors for year-end audit requests Contribute to the management of all domestic and international corporate tax audits Prepare and maintain all corporate tax accounts and reconciliations Work closely with HR and the payroll department to assist in preparation the information returns for non-residents withholding tax Prepare and submit sales tax reports for Canadian and U.S. entities Provide tax technical assistance and ensure compliance with the domestic and international tax laws and regulations Support with transfer pricing calculations; Participate to various projects with the rest of the Finance team, including transfer pricing, acquisitions, tax structures Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax; CPA certification is an asset 3 + years of tax experience including US and international tax Knowledge of US tax in a global company Practical experience using tax databases, and internet-based applications to identify issues, facts, laws, and tax consequences of various business transactions Excellent research and analytical skills Planning and organizational skills, ability to coordinate workload around multiple assignments Excellent written and spoken communication skills (Fr / En) Excellent summarizing and presentation skills Knowledge of Microsoft D365 (an asset) Knowledge with PowerBi (an asset) Very Proficient using Excel spreadsheets including formulas and pivot tables Competitive compensation and group insurance plan Corporate savings plan with employer contribution Opportunities for training and career advancement Reimbursement of professional and development fees Employee assistance program to ensure personal health and well-being. L'Analyste Fiscal relèvera du Directeur Fiscal et participera à toutes les tâches liées à la conformité fiscale des entreprises, à la comptabilité fiscale, aux taxes de vente et d'utilisation aux États-Unis, à la tarification de transfert, aux retenues à la source et aux audits fiscaux des entreprises.
Ta journée ressemblera à ceci :
- Soutenir nos consultants dans la préparation de toutes les déclarations d'impôt sur le revenu des entités du Groupe Solotech Inc.
- Assister à la provision pour impôt sur le revenu pour toutes les entités du Groupe Solotech Inc. et collaborer avec les auditeurs pour les demandes d'audit de fin d'année
- Contribuer à la gestion de tous les audits fiscaux des entreprises nationales et internationales
- Préparer et maintenir tous les comptes fiscaux des entreprises et les rapprochements
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements des RH et de la paie pour aider à la préparation des déclarations d'information pour la retenue d'impôt des non-résidents
- Préparer et soumettre les rapports de taxes de vente pour les entités canadiennes et américaines
- Fournir une assistance technique fiscale et assurer la conformité avec les lois et réglementations fiscales nationales et internationales
- Soutenir les calculs de prix de transfert
- Participer à divers projets avec le reste de l'équipe Finance, y compris les prix de transfert, les acquisitions et les structures fiscales
