Temporary (Up to 18 Months), Full time, On Site

Reporting to the Manager - Police Business Services, the Executive Assistant performs a wide array of executive support services to ensure the efficient administration and professional management of the Office of the Chief and the Police Service. To be successful in this role, you have exceptional interpersonal, planning and organization skills and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative team environment!
Your key responsibilities
- Researching, drafting, editing, and processing briefing materials, reports, letters, and other documents for the Office of the Chief and the police service.
- Preparing agendas, recording minutes, and participating in meetings for the Executive Team, boards, and committees.
- Managing payroll processes, maintaining records, and handling HR documents as needed.
- Processing financial transactions, monitoring budgets, reconciling accounts, and managing travel expenses.
- Managing visitors, handling telephone inquiries, distributing mail, and coordinating police service events.
