The daily road of a Warranty Resolution Specialist at Fix Network

  • Review and analyze warranty claims and supporting documentation submitted by customers or insurers.
  • Assess repair issues using technical tools, including image analysis, reports, and repair estimates.
  • Determine whether warranty concerns comply with applicable guidelines.
  • Work with the Image Desk team to clarify repair-related questions.
  • Escalate complex cases to the Operations team with clear documentation and recommendations.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for insurance companies, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Provide timely updates to customers on the status and outcomes of their warranty claims.
  • Identify recurring warranty issues and suggest improvements to minimize future escalations.
  • Assist in developing resources and training materials to enhance the technical understanding of the Customer Service team.

The pilote we are looking for :

  • College diploma in a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or warranty management
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with insurance companies or claims processes
  • Proficiency with warranty management tools and imaging software
