Responsibilities

• Website creation and maintenance; build, design, and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Provide status reports on projects as required;
• Maintain a high level of technical and operational knowledge through direct engagement with colleagues and for personal development;
• Maintain detailed records and documentation;
• Understand, comply with and promote all company safety precautions and policies including reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations;
• Attend and complete training courses and/or company examinations, as required;
• Maintain project schedules and design goals; and
• Perform and complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Front-end development experience;
• Proficiency in HTML;
• Familiarity with at least one major front-end framework is a plus (React, Vue.js);
• Back-end development experience;
• Experience with at least one server-side language (Go, Node.js, Python, PHP);
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, OIDC, JWT, sessions);
• Experience with development tools and practices;
• Version control with Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
• Familiarity with container orchestration is a plus (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Preference will be given to those who provide a Github profile link;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and,
• Ability to produce thorough and effective technical documentation.
