The private seniors' residence La Roseraie, located in Ste-Foy, is seeking three people to fill part-time evening patient attendant positions. Candidates must have a vocational diploma (DVS) in patient attendant or a RAC certificate, or 5,000 hours of training accumulated over the last five years as a PAB up-to-date 16-hour CPR completed PDSP. POSITION DESCRIPTION : Schedule : 3 x 5 / 14 evening shifts with one weekend off every other day ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist and / or accompany residents in getting around Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training) Respond to all emergency situations While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
