The sushi maker is ambassador of sushi quality and Yuzu service; it is the first point of contact for the customers. Your responsability will be to provide a customer service of the highest quality and participate in the making of sushi.

• Prepare sushis and other dishes;
• Answering customer questions, both onsite and over the phone;
• Advise customers in their choices and inform them of promotions;
• Participate in the preparation and placement of ingredients;
• Work with your colleagues to maintain the restaurant (hygiene and salubrity);
• Perform any other tasks required for the proper conduct of operations.

A great sushi master once said ''One is not born sushiman, but rather becomes it'' . Even if you have never done sushi, we will ensure your training, which will be fully paid.
