Description de posteDevelop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive parts sales Visit customer sites regularly to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Advise customers on parts selection, availability, and pricing Promote and sell a wide range of parts and services to maximize sales opportunities Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction Prepare and submit quotes, process orders, and track deliveries Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders Monitor inventory levels and work with the parts department to ensure availability of high-demand products Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record Journeyperson Certificate in Parts preferred Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the truck or parts industry Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively Proficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift and carry parts and supplies as needed Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
