Responsibilities : Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for childrenLead Sunday school classes and coordinate children's programs during worship servicesRecruit, train, and mentor volunteers for various children's ministry rolesPlan and organize special events and activities for children throughout the yearBuild relationships with parents and caregivers, providing resources and support for their children's spiritual growthPlan and organize special events, Children Summer Camp and activities for children throughout the yearCollaborate with other ministry leaders to ensure alignment and integration of children's ministry within the overall church vision Requirements : A strong personal faith and a passion for children's spiritual developmentPrevious experience in children's ministry or a related field is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and motivate volunteersOrganizational and administrative abilitiesFlexibility to work on Sundays and attend occasional evening or weekend events If you are interested in applying for this position, please submit your resume, along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you feel called to serve in children's ministry.
