  • Assist with loading, unloading, and handling vacuum hoses and equipment (lifting up to 50 lbs.);
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and on time;
  • Operate equipment safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
About You

Your skills and experience include:
  • Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license
  • Clean driver’s abstract in good standing
  • Minimum two years of commercial driving experience
  • Ability to drive manual transmissions (13- or 18-speed) is an asset
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong commitment to safety

Experience with vacuum trucks, wastewater, or hydro-excavation equipment is an asset, but full training will be provided.

Make a Difference with Wessuc!

We offer the opportunity to make a difference with the work you do, and to work in a friendly, family owned and operated company that practices its values: Responsibility, Respect, Balance and Joy.

Wessuc is one of Ontario's leading resources for municipal, industrial and agricultural wastewater infrastructure and processes, with a focus on turning waste into value. We take pride in our commitment to safety and our use of innovative waste solution technologies.

This opportunity includes:
  • Competitive wages starting at $30-32/hour;
  • Potential to earn $80,000–$100,000 annually, working full-time with shift premiums and overtime;
  • Full-time, year-round work (50–60 hours per week);
  • Comprehensive benefits plan including health, dental, vision, and life insurance;
  • Overtime paid after 44 hours per week;
  • $150 boot allowance after one year of service;
  • Company matching RRSP–DPSP program;
  • Paid on-the-job training;
  • Per diem and paid accommodation for out-of-town assignments;
  • Supportive, team-oriented work environment.
