Assignment Duration :  6 Months Contract with Possible Extension

Shift Time :  7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm

Fully Onsite Role

Top 5 skills :

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multi-task and good organization skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience as an NPI Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and interpret test data
  • Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment, including multimeters, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean principles

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical training and support to Manufacturing during product release
  • Perform thorough inspection and testing on all Proto builds and document any issues
  • Failure analysis and repair as required
  • Work closely with Test Engineer and Software Programmer teams on new product releases
  • Mechanical & electrical assembly of PCB assemblies during the NPI phase
  • Final assembly and shipping of products
  • Material handling
  • Initiate process improvements
