What will your typical day look like?

There are no typical days for a Consultant in the Organization & Work Transformation practice. You play a key role in a fast-paced environment, delivering strategic change and training consulting services to our clients. You leverage leading research, analytics and industry insights to provide our clients with business and people-focused solutions that drive long-lasting change. You are part of a team that loves collaborating, taking on challenges and exceeding expectations. In many cases, you have the opportunity to work on multifunctional teams that bring together the unparalleled breadth and depth of our professional services, truly operating as one Deloitte.

Our Organization & Work Transformation practice is leading the way when it comes to helping clients draw insights from the rapid changes happening in the market, developing and implementing tailored strategies to drive adoption, and enabling sustainable changes in the way people work. We proudly serve clients across Canada in all industries. From business transformation to artificial intelligence (AI) to the future of work, we support our clients and their people in navigating complex landscapes of disruption. Enough about us, let’s talk about you

Demonstrated experience:

  • 2+ years of work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven track record of:
    • Taking part in, and leading components of, complex organizational transformation programs.
    • Managing multiple priorities to deliver commitments and products on time with exceptional quality.
    • Working with teams of varying sizes that work under tight deadlines.
    • Leading yourself to deliver extremely high-quality work and products at pace.
    • Delivering the full cycle of project management accountabilities, including running workshops and analyzing information.
  • Experience working in the government and public sector.

Demonstrated abilities:

  • Anticipate the short- and long-term impacts of decisions.
  • Mitigate issues and risks proactively.
  • Solve problems in situations of high ambiguity.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • Create compelling PowerPoint products.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain government security clearance.

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
